At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgement.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
